he New  STM32F401CCU6 STM32F4 Black Pill Development Board with STM32F401 series chip with higher clock frequency, floating point arithmetic module, more internal SRAM (64KB), more Flash (256KB) and enhanced peripherals. Also  STM32F401CCU6 STM32F4 Black Pill also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) which enhances application security.
